Scope: levels
Measured, not modelled. Neptun consolidates ten national networks — among them PEGELONLINE (DE), Rijkswaterstaat (NL), SMHI (SE), FMI (FI), Environment Agency (UK), Puertos del Estado (ES), Marine Institute (IE) and NDBC (US) — into one format. On the German coast the federal water level forecast is included (BSH, official under §1 SeeAufG): forecast gives the level above or below mean water, the chart datum reference, the surge against the astronomical prediction and the next high and low waters — with forecast=full the forecast curve as well, hourly, 72 h ahead.
