Wind shelter for 22,669 marinas — which direction a harbour is protected from.

Scope: levels
For every marina it is computed which compass directions are sheltered by land. That answers the question every evening ends with: will we lie quiet here in the forecast wind? Use protected_from to filter straight to the direction the wind is coming from.
